Where are your mushrooms sourced?
All our mushrooms are 100% organically grown and sourced from a farm in California.
What certifications do your mushrooms have?
All our mushrooms are Product of USA (California), Certified 100% USDA Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher, and Gluten free.
Why are your mushrooms better?
While other brands may source their mushrooms from countries that offer less visibility, we value the integrity of the source, sustainability, and quality first. We only use domestically grown mushrooms from a highly reputable farm in the USA. Our mushrooms are grown in a pristine environment away from harmful hazards and toxins, batch tested, and packaged in a GMP certified facility.
Are functional mushrooms safe to consume?
Of course! Unlike “magic mushrooms”, our superfood mushrooms will not cause any hallucinogenic effects and are typically added to your favorite beverages and snacks to provide loads of health benefits.
Is your coffee certified organic and kosher?
Yes, our US-based facility is Certified USDA Organic & Kosher and is registered and approved by the FDA.
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
The coffee will stay fresh for about 30 days after the bag is opened if properly stored. Coffee is best stored in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to light and humidity as it can compromise the freshness and quality.
How much caffeine is in your ground coffee?
Depending on the blend, the caffeine content can vary per serving. Please refer to the product page for further information on serving recommendations.
What is Nitrogen Flushed?
Nitrogen flushing is a process used by premium coffee roasters to ensure long-lasting grind to door freshness by flushing out oxygen from the coffee bags that have just been filled with freshly roasted coffee.

Yes, our products are certified USDA Organic & Kosher.
Are Mushpreneur coffee products vegan and gluten free?
Yes, our Mushroom coffee products are vegan and gluten-free. Check the ingredients list on each product page to make sure it's right for you.
Where can I find the nutritional information?
The nutrition fact label and ingredients list for each product is available within each individual product page.
Do you perform lab testing for metals and microbiology?
Yes, our fully accredited third-party lab tests are performed in southern California. All our products meet the strictest standards in heavy metals, yeasts, and molds. To get the results, please email us at email@example.com and our team will send a response within moments.
Shipping, Tracking & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses.
When will you ship my order?
All orders are typically fulfilled in a 24-hour window and subject to change. We will keep you posted for any significant changes.
What are you shipping rates?
We offer flat rate shipping for $4.99 Economy (5-8 days), $5.99 Standard (2-5 days), and $7.99 Expedited (2 day) delivery in the United States. All product samples will be shipped for $1.99 Standard (2-5 days). For customers based in Hawaii and Alaska, please allow for additional shipping times.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders of $35 or more. Additional savings for 2 or 3 coffee bags are also automatically applied during the checkout process. We offer 2 bags for $40 and 3 bags for $60, both options include free shipping!
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent out as soon as your order ships via the email you provided for your purchase. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us.

What happens if we're out of stock?
Use the "Notify Me When Available" button at the bottom of your screen and we will notify you when an item is back in stock.

What is your approach and commitment to the environment?
Our first approach is to select only partners that are designated with using certified Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our GMP certified facilities are committed to ensuring consistent quality, using sustainable practices, and cutting down on loss and waste to protect the consumer from any negative food safety events.
Are your mailers and shipping boxes 100% recyclable?
Yes! We use the world’s most sustainable packaging for all our mailers and shipping boxes are made from 100%, curbside recyclable packaging. Made right here in the USA!
Are you carbon neutral?
We are committed to our planet by offsetting our emissions. While it’s not always possible to produce without carbon emissions, it’s possible to offset those emissions. For every purchase we’ll donate a portion of your purchase to fully accredited projects and initiatives that support carbon neutrality.

Do you offer free samples?
Yes! It’s important for us to introduce you to our new products. We offer a sample with no cost to you, just cover $1.99 for shipping. Check the Try Us page for further details.
How do I use my discount code?
If you receive a special offer or discount code, please enter the code in the discount code field during checkout, and then click “apply”. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Refunds & Other Policies
Do you store personal and credit card information on your site?
We are PCI compliant and never store any credit card information entered by a customer. If you create an account, we do store your shipping address to make the check-out process quicker and easier for you.
What is your return policy?
Our products are made from the highest quality ingredients and we take extra care in packaging them so that they’ll arrive fresh at your door. If, however, something should go wrong and your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or returns on opened or used products. If you have purchased product from Mushpreneur and are not satisfied, please contact us and we’ll get back to you with further information.
